A Wild Boar Farm exclusive. Indigo Apple Tomato produces 2–4 oz fruits with impressive yields and high levels of anthocyanins, the same antioxidants found in blueberries. The fruits grow in large clusters, starting with purple coloring on unripe tomatoes that deepen to nearly black on the sun-exposed tops as they ripen, while the bottom and interior turn a vibrant red. This variety features excellent hang time on the vine, with fully ripe fruits offering a delightfully sweet flavor. Resistant to cracking and sunburn, Indigo Apple is as resilient as it is beautiful.
